Madi B

Madi B

Meet Madi B: She has a deep appreciation for radio, three cats and no gallbladder.

A big fan of music, Madi blames her father’s love of the “oldies but Goldies” for her obsession. When she was eight she received ‘Bill Wither’s Greatest Hits’ for Christmas and never looked back.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Madi moved to Cleveland after highschool to attend John Carroll University. It was there she discovered her passion of radio through the campus’ radio station, WJCU. Upon graduation, Madi tried going down a different career path but found radio to be the one thing she couldn’t get out of her mind. A few years later, she is thrilled to be spending every weekday morning (6A – 10A) with you right here on 3WZ!

Mid-twenties and already three cats deep, Madi has fully embraced the “cat-lady” lifestyle. She constantly watches where she steps, carries a lint brush everywhere and has more pictures of her cats on her phone then storage will allow.

When Madi isn’t at the station she enjoys being outside, attempting to cook and going back to Pittsburgh to visit her family.

Some of Madi’s favorites:

Color: Purple
Food: Mash Potatoes
Movie: Wedding Singer
TV Show: Great British Baking Show
Vacation Spot: Ocean Isle Beach, NC
Band/Group: Fleetwood Mac
Song: ‘Something’ by the Beatles
Hairstyle: Messy Bun
