One of the largest antique machinery shows in the eastern United States happens a hop, skip and a jump away! Why not pack up the family and head over to Penns Cave in Centre Hall for the 41st Annual Spring Show going on this weekend May 29, 30, and 31. This year’s spring show features 15 yr. old & older Minneapolis-Moline Company, honoring the Model “U”. FREE Admission all three days – Limited Activities on May 31st.
The stars of the show are the over 800 tractors on display, over 600 campers, and more than 40 parts vendors available on the grounds. If you love to camp out, primitive campsites are available on a first come, first served basis. Check out the flea market with numerous vendors including plenty of food options. See an old time cider press. Enjoy tractor pulls and much more.

WHERE Beaver Stadium
The 14th Annual Trash to Treasure Sale is scheduled for May 30, 2015 at Beaver Stadium. Each year over 60 tons of donated goods from Penn State students moving out of the residence halls is collected and sorted to be resold at a discounted price. It is the largest recycling event in the area and allows community members to get great deals on a variety of items while supporting local health and human service agencies.

This is a producer-only market, with 15 local vendors providing a full season’s produce. This includes greenhouse tomatoes and cucumbers, flowers, herbs, small fruits, apples, cider, maple syrup, pastured poultry and beef, eggs, cheeses, baked goods, salsas, perennial plants, soaps and shampoos. Ethnic and organic produce. Our market has proven to be a fun and interesting gathering place on a Saturday morning! We have Amish and “English” vendors, and a great variety of customers who truly appreciate the work of local producers, and their products too! The market meets at the American Legion Grounds, Rt 45, west of Millheim, in a roofed pavilion. Guest space available for non-profits, chefs, artists, musicians. Join us!
